The Merced College music department presents the return of Francesco Buzzurro and Richard Smith to the Merced area. The talented guitar duo will make a one-night stop in Merced as part of their Heart of the Immigrant Tour. The concert will be held on Friday, Sept. 22 at the Merced Multicultural Arts Center.
